Optimized for Surf and Downwind: Tailored for surf, wing, kite, or SUP foilers seeking ultimate freedom and performance.
Generation 1.

Unmatched efficiency, glide, acceleration and maneuverability for experienced riders.
Glide-Oriented Geometry: Low sweep with center of lift aligned for maximum efficiency at design speeds.
Advanced High Camber Airfoil: Optimized for maximum efficiency across a wide speed range, with a rear-loaded design that reduces surface area and boosts low-speed performance while maintaining stability and control.
Wide Range Efficiency: Maintains performance from low to high speeds.
Precision and Control: Offers reactive control for tight turns and deep carves.
Inflected Wingtips: Maximizes control through surface-piercing breaches with high resistance to ventilation.
Intermediate to Advanced.
The Atlas series is crafted for intermediate to advanced riders seeking exceptional glide, acceleration, and a broad speed range without compromising turning ability.
Designed to optimize lift over a reduced surface area, the Atlas features a unique rear-loaded camber profile and low sweep, allowing it to operate efficiently even at surprisingly low speeds.
Tuned for early lift, effortless pumping, speed generation, and high resistance to stalling or “dropping out,” it delivers consistent performance across a wide range of conditions.
Inflected wingtips make breaching turns and ventilation virtually unnoticeable, making the Atlas ideal for any progressing wing, surf, or downwind foiler.
Despite its high aspect shape, the Atlas offers responsive maneuverability, carving, and glide, giving riders the freedom to master advanced maneuvers, tacks, and enjoy a smooth ride at any speed.

Hello there, it looks so interesting! One question about the design: Are sharp tips so important? I damaged my fronttube with contacting my old foil SABFOIL Medusa Balz Pro which was also very sharp. My friend as well. And now the clou: teamrider Balz Mueller said, rounding the tips is no problem. He's doing it everytime. So I have done it and can't feel a difference in performance. But what's that? A developement with a teamrider which should be sanding for no damages or injuries??? Actually I use Duotone Glide 2.0 which my so loved Super K2 110 and 90. But maybe in future the Atlas or Nomad...
Response: Aloha Jochen,
A pointed tip is great, but we have been moving to a chopped/square tip on more recent designs. A 90-degree corner at the trailing edge is still important for efficiency, but it can be rounded a little (2-5mm) without losing much efficiency.
The theory is that a corner at the trailing edge prevents the tip vortex from traveling towards the rest of the wing longer than a round wing tip.
That said, wingtip design is really complex, and there could be another way to do the same thing with a round tip—something that we always keep on testing making our foils as safe and efficient as possible.

Hi all,
I received the KT Nomad 830 stab 155 today and did my first ride 15 knts with the Nomad, it is so playful, just a blast carving with so much ease.
On the beach, people were impressed and very curious. As a result, my buddy just ordered the Nomad 830.
My buddy and I with his dragonfly and KT1 with Atlas foils are getting a lot of attention and interest with the ease to fly.
Anyway a huge thank you, amazing board and foils a true blast
Pierre
